At The Yogi we believe that yoga is meant to be easily accessible for everyone to facilitate health and personal growth.

Our sessions combine physical exercises (asanas) with meditation (dhyana), deep relaxation (savasana & nidra), mindfulness, breathing and purification techniques (pranayama & kriyas) as well as lifestyle guidance to promote physical, mental and emotional wellbeing, overall health, clarity, balance and peace.

Paula Kaminska is the founder of The Yogi. Holistic Yoga she teaches focuses on incorporating key principles of Yoga into life. Its core practices are based on Patanjali’s eightfold path from Raja Yoga, traditional Hatha Yoga, Dr. Pillai system of kriyas, pranayama and meditation, with a spiritual blessing from Swami Sivananda Paramahamsa (of Kerala, India). Holistic means that every part of the individual is intimately interconnected and can only be fully understood within the context of the whole. In a holistic yoga practice, all aspects of one's whole being are nourished and balanced through heightened awareness of the integration of physical, mental and spiritual self-development. It's a way of life that can be experienced by anyone with the intention to experience balance within every aspect of their being.
