Sara is an enthusiastic and positive yoga teacher in training, with sound knowledge of preliminary exercises, yoga asana (postures), pranayama (breathing) and relaxation techniques.
Rebecca CunninghamMassage Therapist & Pilates Instructor
Rebecca is a fully-qualified Holistic Therapist, specialising in Reflexology, Indian Head Massage, Swedish Massage, Seated Massage, Hopi Ear Candling, Hot Stone Therapy and Pregnancy Massage. She also runs weekly Pilates classes.
