We invite you to join us for this memorable annual event celebrating unity in diversity on Sunday morning at Belmont Park in Exeter.
We will be supporting the festival by practising 108 rounds of the famous Sun Salutation sequence. This will be led by various yoga teachers from Exeter and around. Paula Kaminska is a confirmed teacher for the line-up.
Everyone is welcome to join in, including children (under supervision). Please bring your mat, a blanket, water and dress accordingly for the weather. Only practise as many rounds as you are comfortable with. Feel free to take breaks on your own whenever you need to and rejoin the session at any time. Remember that there is no ego or competition in yoga 🙂
Surya Namaskar, the Sun Salutation, is a series of 12 postures performed in a single, graceful flow. Each movement is coordinated with the breath. The Sun Salutation builds strength and increases flexibility.
