If your work requires that you spend all the long in front of a computer then you are at risk of developing a computer vision syndrome.
Unless, of course, you minimise the chances by taking your eyes off the screen at regular intervals.
In the yoga class at Exeter Science Park we steadily work on developing new healthy habits. Softening the eye gaze, relaxing the facial muscles and calming the mind are some of the beneficial patterns we bring to our attention. We start every Wednesday at 12:15pm.
